Sunday 23rd April. Zwolle.
Boy do I sleep well in my bedroom. Poor Mark and Deb get disturbed by the people walking across their roof on the way to the pub opposite. I don't hear a thing. I'm sitting in the wheelhouse, sun shining a slight breeze coming in, its beautiful, and our rafters have left so no one beside us. Little boats come and go and big ones come true thr bridge when it opens. Always things happening on the water.
We walked to the museum today. Very modern art and not worth the entrance fee but a lovely walk around the town. Back for lunch then I headed off into town again. I went down the section where the market had been and now tables and chairs and people sitting drinking and enjoying the sunny weather. Today I even put on my light summer pants!!! I bought myself an ice cream and people watched for awhile.
Back on board with a cuppa. Well head off early tomorrow. And tonight we'll finished the Netflix show, the Diplomat. Geithorn tomorrow, the Venice of the north!!!
Another lovely day. Glad the weather’s warming up. Autumn has definitely arrived here. Leaves!
ReplyDeleteAs always, looks beautiful. Very jealous. Stunning afternoon yesterday and today looks the same. Might be a cold start to ANZAC Day tomorrow, but at least no rain predicted.
ReplyDeleteGet my two injections today. Watching The Diplomat here too. Barry Humphries' death is dominating all the news.
Archangel Michael, one very impressive glass statue. “Glass” for Heaven’s Sake !!! (Excuse the pun). Would a glass statue survive in Oz.?? All lovely, although Tony and I appreciated this lovely autumnal day with a bought picnic by the lake park in Morwell.
