2nd November. Windsor.
A leisurely start again and Jude and I headed downtown to see the changing of the guard. Canceled due to wet weather and perhaps the rugby final?.?
Back for breaky then off for a walk through Windsor to Eton. Ambled through back streets and stopped into souvenir stores. I love them. Across the river to Eton and back again. A beautiful town.
Back home for lunch and a nap as a big night to celebrate Poppys birthday with friends and families. We drove into Notting Hill to a very quirky restaurant. Delightful mixture of upstairs, gilded fireplaces, chains and basements. A fun night with Kim reciting a poem she wrote for Poppy and a delicious cake.

Weather looks a bit dodgy, but at least you can get out in it. Suffering a "Melbourne" change here. Arrived home to two days of 30 + and today the heater is on. Currently 9 C outside and bit drizzly. Think the Cup will have a heavy track after the last few days. At least it is supposed to be fine for the Cup tomorrow, then back to rain!
