Day 10 Natural Bridges Park, Mexican Hat.

A delightful stay at Bluff with breaky included. On the verandah with lots of international guests and little humming birds drinking from the suger water hanging nearby. A lovely place. Off again to The National Park of amazing rock formations of bridges. The countryside continues to amaze with such variation. This time sandstone br idges formed by the wind and streams. Some good walking down to the arches along tracks that reminded me of the Grampians. Again very hot and dry. On to more natural formations along a dirt road that wove down an escarpment called the Moki Dugway. Incredible views as we went from one level to another. Onto Goosesneck National Park where the San Juan river wove its way through rock, then onto Mexican Hat, so called as a nearby rock formation looks like a smal sombrero. We stayed in a yurt which was interesting, a tad hot but aircon helped, but wifi not so good. Dinner at the swinging stak house where they cook delicious steaks on a swing over flames. Might have to wait till next stop for photos dues to poor wifi. So onto Flagstaff today.
